We will shape and maintain your hedges and include it in your management plan as we recommend to trim every 3 months for healthy growth.

WEEDING

Weeds are like death and taxes – guaranteed in life! You can never stop weeds only slow them down and manage them. Our SMT team will include a weed management plan in your monthly service, which can include poisoning, slashing and hand pulling.

Can I cancel a booking and is there a cancellation fee?

You can cancel a booking with at least 24 hours notice with no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours there will be a 20% cancellation fee at our discretion.

How do I know when you will arrive?

Once the schedule for the day is finalised we will provide you with an approximate time of arrival by SMS. Additionally, you will receive an SMS notification when we are on the way to your job. In this message there is a link to track our arrival on a map using GPS.

We invoice after the completion of each job, payable within 7 days. If you are facing financial distress and unable to pay a bill then please call our accounts department to arrange a payment plan.
