Can I cancel a booking and is there a cancellation fee?2021-04-14T10:36:16+00:00

You can cancel a booking with at least 24 hours notice with no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours there will be a 20% cancellation fee at our discretion.

How do I know when you will arrive?2021-04-14T10:37:13+00:00

Once the schedule for the day is finalised we will provide you with an approximate time of arrival by SMS. Additionally, you will receive an SMS notification when we are on the way to your job. In this message there is a link to track our arrival on a map using GPS.

Yes – we have both police checks and working with children checks.

We invoice after the completion of each job, payable within 7 days. If you are facing financial distress and unable to pay a bill then please call our accounts department to arrange a payment plan.

Yes of course. All of our quotes are free with no obligation.

Save Me Time Gardening is a cashless business. Once a job is completed you will receive an SMS and email with the invoice. Preferred payment is bank transfer, however we also accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

How much notice do you need to book a job?2021-04-14T11:57:40+00:00

Depending on our availability and size of the job, we can usually fit most jobs in within a days notice. However, please call us to confirm.

Yes. We maintain a $10 million Public Liability Insurance policy and Worker’s Compensation.
